• Sign in to your exchange account.
• Transfer the funds meant for trading to your exchange account.
• Generate a pair of API key and Secret key.
• Sign in to your EndoTech account, choose a strategy of your preference.
• Enter the API key and Secret Key. You will see the amount deposited in your exchange account, choose the correct currency for payment, verify the amount of the entry fee to be paid and our wallet for payment.
• Pay the Subscription Fee from your exchange account to the wallet.
• Copy the Transaction ID of the payment.
• Put the transaction ID in the corresponding box on your EndoTech page. Your strategy will change the status to PAID.
• If everything is correct, you will see the status of your strategy as ACTIVE. If something is wrong with the settings of your exchange account, you will see that the status of your strategy is STOPPED and error notification.

On the majority of exchanges it is impossible to connect more than one strategy to one account. On  Binance  you can connect one ALPHA and one BETA strategy to one account using the spot wallet for BETA strategy and the futures wallet for ALPHA strategy. Some strategies should be connected to Margin wallet on Binance.

If you want to connect multiple strategies we would recommend you to use sub-accounts.

No. We strongly recommend you not to trade manually on the account connected to one of our strategies. It may have a negative impact on our strategy’s performance.

Once your strategy is activated it will start trading with the next signal to enter a position.

Yes. The strategies are activated immediately and start trading with the next “enter position” signal. 

Once your strategy connection is active you will be notified of strategy trades or changes via email notifications. 

You also will be able to see the live physical performance within your exchange account and of course via your  EndoTech.io, Dashboard 

Please keep in mind that after being activated your strategy will not start trading immediately. It will stay FLAT waiting for the signal from the Artificial Intelligence to enter a position. When Artificial Intelligence sees the best opportunity for trading, it will send the signal to enter a position.

Your funds are always under your full control. You can withdraw funds from your account whenever you want. Please note, in case there is a due profit share to be paid, we will request you to pay a Performance fee.
Please remember that you should have at least $1000 on your account connected to our strategy

1. Subscription Fee:
This is an upfront fee that users pay to access EndoTech’s trading strategies for a one-year period. The fee amount varies based on the initial balance the user intends to invest or trade with.

• • The subscription fee is valid for one year.
  • After the 12-month period, the subscription fee must be paid to renew any non-Private club strategy.
  • The renewal fee is based on the current balance of each strategy and is mandatory for all EndoTech clients.

Recommendations for Subscription Renewal:

• We recommend increasing your account balance when renewing your strategy for another year. Upon request, the subscription fee can be recalculated after you replenish your account.
• You can change your strategy for free during the renewal process. Any non-Private club strategy can be replaced with another of your choice at no additional cost.

2. Deposit Fee:
Each time you add funds to your account connected to an EndoTech strategy; a deposit fee applies. After replenishing your account, contact us via email to calculate the fee.

3. Performance Fee:
The performance fee is calculated based on your profits and can be requested quarterly or monthly, depending on your strategy type. This fee is mandatory and is based on the profit of each strategy.

4. Change Strategy Fee:
This fee applies when you request to change your strategy type. It is calculated based on the current balance of the existing strategy.

Important Notes for Payments:

• Your exchange may charge a withdrawal commission for each transaction, which will reduce the total amount transferred. Ensure that EndoTech receives the full and exact amount due.
• All payment requests will be sent from payments@endotech.io. Please whitelist this email address to ensure you receive timely notifications about due payments.

NOTE: You should never type our wallet address manually, as the smallest mistake in the address can result in funds being lost.

To verify your transaction you should contact our Compliance Team at payments@endotech.io and send us the following information:

• The purpose of the payment (Entry Fee, Annual Fee, Profit Share, Deposit fee, Change Strategy Fee)
• Transaction ID of your fee payment (also known as Internal Transfer ID or Transaction Hash or TxID). IMPORTANT: please, always send us the TXID as text to avoid typing mistakes.
• Date of Transaction, Amount, and Coin
• The screenshot of your Transaction (for verification)
• Strategy name and Bot ID 
• Email of your EndoTech account (if you contact us from another address).

Usually, it takes our team about 24 hours to verify your transaction. Once the transaction is verified, you will get an email with the verification result.

A transaction ID (TxID) or a Transaction Hash is a unique string of characters given to every transaction that is verified and added to the blockchain. In other words, a TXID is an identification number that labels each transaction on the blockchain. With TXID, you can look up your deposit and withdrawal history.

You can replenish your running strategy at any time – just add funds to your exchange account connected to our strategy. Each time you add funds to your strategy, you should pay the corresponding Deposit Fee. Once you added funds to your account, please inform us by sending an email to support@endotech.io and specify the exact deposited amount – we will calculate the Deposit Fee for you.

Your exchange can take a withdrawal commission for each transaction.

•         the screenshot of the transaction
•         the name of the replenished strategy and the amount of the replenishment

If your strategy is actively trading and you wish to change it, this service requires payment of a Change Strategy fee.

Steps to Change Your Strategy:

2. Contact the Support Team (support@endotech.io):

After making the payment, provide the following details to our Support Team:

• ID of your current strategy
• Type of the new strategy you want to switch to
• Transaction ID of your fee payment (also referred to as Internal Transfer ID, Transaction Hash, or TXID)
• Transaction date
• Amount and coin used for the payment

Once we receive and verify this information, we will update your strategy type accordingly.

If you want to change a Beta strategy to an Alpha strategy on Binance you will need to transfer your funds from the spot wallet to the futures wallet of your account and generate a new pair of API key and Secret key with the settings for Alpha strategy.

To change an Alpha strategy to a Beta strategy on Binance you will need to transfer your funds from futures wallet to the spot wallet of your account and generate a new pair of API key and Secret key with the settings for Beta strategy.

Artificial Intelligence sends the same signals at the same time to the whole portfolio, i.e. all identical strategies receive the signal at the same time. It means that the whole portfolio enters or exits the position at the same time. The difference in the results can be explained by two factors:

1. Your returns are based on the amount of funds deposited per the strategy.
2.  The exact time you launched the strategy. For example, if you launched your strategy after a signal was already sent to enter a position, your strategy will wait for the next signal. 

Please be advised that the fees paid to EndoTech are not refundable. However there are cases when we can refund:

1. Any amount sent to our wallet by mistake will be refunded,
2. The entry fee can be refunded only if the strategy has not been activated yet.

To request a refund please, contact us support@endotech.io with  the following information:

• Purpose of the transaction,
• Transaction ID (Internal Transfer/TXID/Transaction hash),
• Date, coin and amount of the transaction,
• Your wallet address where the refund should be sent.

  IMPORTANT: Make sure you are providing us with the correct crypto wallet address!

In order to activate the Private Club and gain access to our Hypership/Leverage strategies you must first qualify via one of two methods:

1. You connect any three Alpha OR Beta strategies for any amount in total.

This activates the Private Club and you gain free zero entry to Private Club strategies with 50% profit share payable on a monthly basis.

2. You pay for one or more Alpha or Beta strategies a total of $1000 in entry fees.

This activates Private Club and you gain free zero entry free to Private Club strategies with 50% profit share payable on a monthly basis.

Once you have qualified you will then see the private club button within your account.

Leveraged trading represents ultra-high-risk-high-reward and must not be entered into with funds that you cannot afford to lose. Extreme volatility may result in large outsized returns per month, alternatively, it may result in a full account balance liquidation. All clients are advised to limit the use of our leverage products to a maximum of 20% of the entire portfolio value connected. The clients are also advised a “multi-bullet-mentality” when connecting to our leveraged strategies. Should any individual month result in full balance loss, clients are expected to reload another “bullet” and continue.

EndoTech is in step with regulatory bodies. This is a fast-evolving industry so guidance changes may be dynamic. At present EndoTech does NOT support customers from Belgium, Ontario province of Canada, Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya,  Pakistan, Qatar, Syrian Arab Republic and Yemen. EndoTech does not support Futures (Alpha) and Leverage (VIP) strategies for customers from Austria and USA.
